I Am Zingy Magnesium Spray

This aromatic Magnesium spray will leave you with a little Zing. Transdermal magnesiumapplication is known to be an effective way to increase magnesium levels.  Together with the added benefits of aromatherapy, the essential oils Lavender & German Chamomile are useful to ease symptoms of muscle overuse, cramping, aches & pains, strains, headaches and arthritis.Magnesium is also lovely for thenervous system helping you to sleep more soundly.

INGREDIENTS: Magnesium Chloride, Distilled Water, Glyceryl Caprylate, Essential Oils of Lavender & German Chamomile. - 100ml

DIRECTIONS: SHAKE BOTTLE WELL FIRST - Spray directly onto affected or into your hand and rub in (like a lotion) 2-3 x day (or as required).

FOR HEADACHES: Back of neck or shoulders. Or soak into a warm wet compress.

FOR CRAMPING: Lower back, tummy, quads, gluts , hamstrings, calves, ankles, feet. Or soak into a warm wet compress. 

FOR SLEEP / NERVOUS SYSTEM- either or all, back of neck, tummy bottom of feet. Alternatively if you like a bath you can put a few tablespoons into water or use as a foot soak.

CAUTION: I Am Zingy - will possible be tingly at first but will subside. Avoid on very young children. This is not intended to replace a Magnesium supplement if your are taking one under specific instructions.

NOTE: If your super sensitive use as a warm compress by soaking 1-3 tablespoons/ sprays.
