At Coves Boutique, we want you to shop with confidence. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer an exchange, credit note, or refund on full-priced items, provided the following conditions are met:

• The item is in its original, saleable condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact.

• The item has not been worn, washed, damaged, or altered.

• The item was wrongly described or differs from what was ordered.

• Your return is received within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please note: Credit notes are valid for 12 months, and all returns are subject to approval at Coves Boutique’s discretion.
